When you book a roofing service with Las Cruces Ridge, you enter into a service agreement governed by these terms. The following applies to all projects, including roof repairs, full replacements, flat roof membrane work, and inspections. Our goal is simple: transparent pricing, quality workmanship, and your complete satisfaction.

Do you require a deposit, and what’s your cancellation policy?
Yes, standard projects may require a deposit up to 50% to cover material procurement. Cancellations with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours are refundable minus materials already ordered. Same-day cancellations may incur a $150 crew dispatch fee. Weather rescheduling is always free.
What’s covered under the workmanship warranty?
Our 1-year workmanship warranty covers defects in installation technique including improper flashing, failed sealants, lifted shingles, and membrane seam failures. If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we return and correct it at no additional cost.
How long do manufacturer warranties last?
Asphalt shingles typically carry 25–50 year warranties. Metal roofing panels carry 30–40 year warranties. TPO and EPDM flat roof membranes carry 10–20 year warranties depending on thickness and manufacturer. We provide all warranty documentation at project close.
Are you licensed to work in New Mexico?
Yes, Las Cruces Ridge holds full NM contractor licensing through the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department (NM RLD). We comply with all state requirements and hold the necessary GB98 or GB298 licenses for roofing work.
Do you handle permit applications?
Yes, we handle all City of Las Cruces permits and pre-construction plan review submissions. All re-roofing projects over 100 square feet require a permit, and we manage the entire process so you don’t have to.
What if hidden damage is found during work?
Any significant scope change—such as deteriorated decking, cracked parapets, or failed membrane layers—will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. You’ll never be charged for unapproved work additions.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Absolutely. We carry general liability, workers compensation, and commercial auto insurance. Proof is available upon request before any project begins. Any reputable contractor should provide this without hesitation.
